How Music Uplifts your Mood

Music. It makes us smile; it excites us and makes us dance; it brings us tears. A simple piece can bring back a memory in full relief; we actually feel we're there. And it can change our mood within minutes- or instantaneously. Music affects our mood in a variety of ways. When we listen to a rhythm, our heart actually begins to synch with it. A slow heartbeat with a strong diastolic pressure tells our brain that something sad or depressing is occurring. Very fast beating is obviously related to excitement, whereas a dreamy rhythm with occasional upbeats can signify love or joy. This all has a powerful effect on our brain, which directs our psyche to actually feel what's being communicated to us. Our work provides support for what many people already do—listen to music to improve their moods. Whenever you are feeling down and blue, music can get you out of the dumps – literally. 

How Music Relates to your Life

A song plays on your earphones and suddenly it strikes you - that instant connection. That spark of clarity when you know the sound you're hearing amounts to more than musical notes and rhyming words and assorted instruments. Our music represents our culture. The music you plays speaks to everyday life experiences - struggles, relationships and cultural identity. Across all genres, music's magnetic field encompasses the clothes fans and musicians wear, the places they hang out, where they spend their free time and how they spend it. Die-hard devotees of certain musical styles usually share much more than a common fondness for a particular song or CD. They share a collective belief system that creates a collective identity. Each genre of music holds certain values and beliefs that remain consistent both with musicians in that genre and fans. Those values effect not only their perception and enjoyment of their music, but how they interact with the world as a whole.

Mistakes

That feeling when you hear the music and it reminds you of something. But the saddest part there is you already lost that particular thing, And the worst thing there is you didn't value the effort. I don't know but its like I want that thing but the problem there is that I don't know how to get that particular thing. I know it is much very essential to me. But I think I don't deserve better. I know each one of us deserve everything. But I don't think I deserve more. Because I don't know. I don't what is running in my mind. It's turning now into pieces. It's now not functioning. Because I minced it in a way that I don't know. Thanks to music because after all those things happened. I'm still here and struggling with my life. Facing consequences and able to overcome things that are much essential.

                                      The One Who Motivate Me

In life there is always a person who always there for us and who never leave us. We become a better person because of the person who influenced us. Like me I have a person that always there for me and never left me. I never felt that I’m so alone because I have her in my life. She always motivate and guide me, she’s my mother.

            My mom is like my best friend I tell every secret I have to her. She’s very responsible and loving mom ever. She did all her best just to give us a better life and we can finish our studies because my mother believes that education is important in our life. My mother is one of the people who motivate me to pursue my dreams in life. When I have a problem she always telling me that I can face all the problems I have and she believe that I can survive. And my mother told me that I can achieve my dreams in life if I’m working for it.

            To have her as my mom I feel that I’m so lucky to have her in my life. I don’t know what I’m going to do without her. She’s the one who always supporting me in everything I do. She taught me to become a better person. My mom is like a music... she always there to comfort me and she always open to what I want to share/express.

           

     

            

She Was Mine

She was mine is a song covered by Aj Rafael. She was mine song means a boy and a girl are in love. A long distance love relationship. They want to be together no matter how far they are from each other. I think that's so cute that they are trying to be in love for that long even though they are so far away from each other! But then she never answers but he's still in love with her! I used this as my referral because somehow i'll be experience long distance relationship. Well, being in a long distance relationship it requires some pre requisite so that both of you will last together. It requires understanding, loyalty, honesty and even being faithful to each other. And i know being in a long distance relationship is a hard task to do not because you're far from each other but the consequences in being in a long distance relationship. I never had been in that situation but 3 months after now i'll be one of those who are in a long distance relationship. I was asking myself over and over can i uplift myself without her by my side? Can i surpass varied temptations? Can i overcome things alone? There are lots of questions raised by my head. I know the answers but it feels like i dont want those answers. I don't know but its like im longing for something. But then i realized that with this situation it tests ourselves if we are really compatible to each other. And now, i'm looking forward to the things that are much essential than this. We're both too young we have to enjoy things that are nearly around us. And i'm so lucky enough because  i have her who always there to remind me about the reality of life. And our goal now is to finish our studies first WHAT EVER HAPPENS and WHATEVER IT TAKES.

The Girl in the Rain

It was the day that i met here. That girl in the rain. She just passed by along the aisle going to church. It was Thursday in the evening and its like a Valentines Day for me. I was amazed by here unique beauty its like no one can beat here pretty face. She is skinny , white and blond hair. It was a love at first sight the day i saw here. And the amazing thing there is the background music. I think there is someone played it for me or maybe just a coincidence. And that music entitled "1234" by T'S Pain. But the funny thing there is I was just dreaming. But I'm so lucky for what i have now because she is not only just in the dream and she is not just only the girl in the rain. She is more than that, more than everything. She is my girl, my only girl from the past, for the future and on the present.

Music is Life

One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain. People haven't always been there for me but music always has. Music is life. It will never leave you. Wherever you go, whatever it takes and happens MUSIC is always there. Soon, I'll graduate with my preferred course, i became a media but if not i would probably be a musician. I often think in music. I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music. Everything is Music. Some people have lives; some people have music. They live in accordance of music. But those who live in music probably they are the most strong person in the entire world. Life is for the living. Death is for the dead. Let life be like music. And death a note unsaid. Life, I realize, was much like a song. In the beginning there is mystery, in the end there is confirmation, but it's in the middle where all the emotion resides to make the whole thing worthwhile. 

What is Life without Music

Music has been around for some time now, actually has been always been here since humans started. Music is soothing, relaxing, and nice. Music can affect emotions such as sadness, happiness, anger, love, hatred, and depression.

As I was reading an article "Why Do Humans Value Music?" I found out what the importance of music is to humans. It’s insane just to know that without music the world wouldn't exist. Many researchers have tried answering the question, “What is the value of music?” As the attempts fail and end up not giving a promising answer, many people believe it a necessity in a human life. We all know the most important things human needs for survival: clothing, shelter, some sort of language, communication with each other, belief systems, and so on. But did you know we also need music? Insane isn't it? Maybe, a sort of. Yes! it is quite insane because everything that around you plays music and patronize it. According to the old ones, if you hate music there's a strong possibility that you have a miserable life.

1234

1234 is not literally just a number only. It’s a song entitled 1234 by Plain White T'S Pain. At first i cannot distinguish why some people like this kind of song. And there is someone explains me what 1234 is all about. And it is quite amazing and unique. It is about a man who says that whatever it takes he is always there for his girl. And whatever possible things happen to them he will never give up his girl 'coz he loves it so much. 1234 is like: there is One way To Say For you.... I LOVE YOU! That i love you is quite powerful it makes the whole world turn into a romantic scenario. In the song, when a guy says that she love that girl he mean it and there is a passion and power. The funny thing about that is that, I relate myself to that guy who truly in love to his girl. Not to the extent one sided, but in a way that we love each other. Every time we heard that song it reminisce us before that we are just a strangers.

When You Hear "that" Song

When you hear that song. I actually relate myself to that particular song. Whenever I'm alone, that song is always at my side to comfort me. Not literally comfort but in a way that it feels me better. At first I'm having a hard time to sing that song. But believe me or not it actually blow my mouth to sing that song. I was amazed, you know that feeling you can't song but the problem there is that you are just the only one who doesn't believe in yourself. And now, i can song more than i think. What I'm trying to say is that I'm having an opportunity to have a band named "UnderAge Band" it was named after our age. 'Coz at that time I'm only 17. And now it’s been 2 years that I've been successfully introduce me and co band mates into commerce. Imagine yourself with pride and dignity. It feels overcoming and overwhelming.

R & B Music

Nowadays, people have been so emotional in terms with their lives. Best examples here are the teenage boys who are really appreciating the R & B music. This music seems to be so lively in a way that R & B music develops a rock and roll style of music. For me it is something a soul music that you will really appreciate. It makes my all senses awake. But in our generation as of this moment, R & B music are no longer been used or been heard by the teenagers, it is because R & B music cannot relate of the person feelings. For example that particular person is in love; R & B music is not applicable or let me say that song is not quite lovely to hear but lively. With that, Pop songs and R & B music have been great competition ever since. Choice of music of a certain person is now allegedly a strong defendant of that particular person. But, still I'm so glad because there are still lot of people like me who are really fun of playing the soundtracks of R & B music. There's no a certain reason why I really love R & B music. It just that it feels me inspired always and also it lets my day a meaningful. You know what guys, it's not about the genre but it is about the lyrics that let my soul dance and overflowed by joy. The lyrics itself are quite meaningful. Just a friendly advice, why don't you let yourself analyzed those lyrics and you'll know why i really love R & B music.
